CLUB CHAMPIONSHIPS @ our pool - Sunday 22nd March from 8 am - an inclusive and fun end of season carnival style event for our swimmers to celebrate their progress within our own club! You won’t want to miss this last opportunity to swim for the season 🙂 We encourage all our members to come and participate.

- END OF SEASON PRESENTATIONS AND CELEBRATION Panthers Club Sunday 29th March from 3.30pm - an opportunity to celebrate with trophies for all and some special awards in a relaxed atmosphere away from the pool. We love as many smiling and excited recipients there as possible.

CLUB NIGHT CANCELLED TONIGHT - Tues 24th Feb Due to unforeseen circumstances, we don’t have a qualified lifeguard for swim club tonight. At Flyers, safety is paramount so tonight is regretfully cancelled.

We apologise for any inconvenience and hope to see everyone back next week.

Our small but mighty team of Morningside Flyers had an amazing afternoon yesterday swimming at the Holland Park Swimming club Lexia Wilmington carnival! We are super proud of all our swimmers for their efforts in the pool, what a fun event this one is on our season calendar! Super glad the storms ⛈️ stayed away this year, well done on a great carnival 👏🏻

Too many personal bests to count ⭐️

1️⃣ trophy to rule them all 🏆- congratulations to our friends at Cannon Hill District Amateur Swimming Club for taking out the win today!

This event was held in the truest spirit of friendly competition, thanks to all our swimmers and clubs on such a respectful and enjoyable event. You did yourselves proud. Bulimba Darts Norman Park State School P&C Holland Park Swimming club Hampton Swim School Coorparoo State School Swim Club.

Thanks to all the families, volunteers, officials, dignitaries and sponsors that made today possible, we appreciate you all. A final huge thanks to our Morningside Flyers committee for making sure that this event that we host ran so smoothly, including the support of our P&C and school Principal!

ONE WEEK TO GO!!! This is a fantastic event that is all about experiencing a friendly carnival comp environment, an exciting change-up from the club nights environment, that still brings all the same fun, camaraderie, and the perfect setting for achieving personal bests in the pool. School swimming carnival season is also upon us and what better opportunity to prepare to shine and demonstrate your progress! Get your nominations in ASAP!! See you at the pool Sunday next week.
