Hi everyone! We wanted to take a moment to introduce ourselves and share what we’re passionate about. 🤝

We are CitiReach, a Christian NDIS service based out of Citipointe Church. Our mission is simple: to support those in need within the NDIS space while sharing the love of Christ.

—————————————————-

We have a dedicated team of Christian support workers who truly care about making a difference in your life. We are currently welcoming new NDIS participants into our community and would love to walk alongside you.

——————————————————

Please feel free to reach out to us for any reason—we’d love to connect and discuss how we can support you.

God Bless,

Ps Lydia & Ps Steve

Three months since devastation impacted Citipointe Church Marketplace West.
Our team at CitiReach honourably looks on from their place of work; while the community restores and rebuilds what was once lost.

A warehouse that stores donated food and clothing for those in need has been completely destroyed by flames in Brisbane's south-west, just weeks before Christmas.

Emergency services said the fire took hold at the Citipointe Church Marketplace West in Durack at around 6.30am this morning, with about eight fire crews working to control the blaze, and no injuries reported.

Watch for the latest updates.

Last week Support Coordinators Lydia + Kelly attended the 'Get Set Ready Connect' to meet with local NDIS services.
The event provided networking relationships to better equip CitiReach participants with quality options. ✨
