A day program with a purpose.

At our Morayfield hub, every day is planned with intention. Participants take part in practical activities that build everyday skills, confidence and independence, then head into the community together on group outings.

It is a warm, supportive space run by our own screened support workers, where people try new things, find their routine and make real friendships.

Two days a week: hub days on Tuesdays and community outings on Fridays.

Real skills. Real activities. Real connection.

Our NDIS day program at the Morayfield hub is built around practical, hands-on days. Participants cook a shared meal, build everyday living skills, try new things and head out into the community on group outings, all in a supportive space with our own screened support workers.

Every day is designed to grow confidence, independence and genuine friendships.

Two days a week: hub days on Tuesdays and community outings on Fridays.
