Unity is strength. When there is teamwork and collaboration, wonderful things can be achieved.

This year we took a leap of faith and decided to hold HOC over 2 days & boy did it pay off - Over 1000 dancers from 15 SCHOOLS SESSION ☝️ & 60 CREWS SESSION✌️

HOC 2025 was an incredible celebration of our achievements and camaraderie within our hip hop dance community! It was inspiring to witness so many talented individuals coming together from various schools and crews. The community spirit and support for one another over the 2 days were truly remarkable, and it was heartwarming to see everyone rally together.

We would like to acknowledge all the dancers (especially those that graced our stage for the first time this year) choreographers, teachers, and studio directors whose collective efforts made HOC 2025 a SOLD-OUT success! 🙌

A huge shout out to Hillary & Juanita Stowers, Keisha of Bloodline Dance Company who bought HOC ALLSTARS to life. Definitely one of the highlights this year! We look forward to more collabs in the future

A special thank you to our judges panel for both sessions, who had the challenging task of judging their peers. Your dedication and professionalism were greatly appreciated. ❤️

Our fearless and remarkable MCs, and Seira Aloalii, thank you both for embracing the challenge and bringing energy to the event!

To all our interstate and international dancers and their families who travelled from ACT, Melbourne, Solomon Islands, PNG, NZ - farewell and safe travels as you depart our shores. We appreciate the sacrifices and efforts you made to be a part of HOC 2025.

Thank you once again for being an essential part of our dance community we look forward to creating more beautiful memories at HOC 2026!

“Community In Unity - Unity In Community”

HOC is about creating a platform for young people to showcase their creative talents through hip hop dance. Its about challenging yourself to be the best you can be and connecting with others who share the same passion. When there’s a “Community In Unity & Unity In Community” we all flourish.

We are proud to present - HOC 2018 DATE: Saturday 27th October, 2018 VENUE: ERPAC - Edmund Rice Performing Arts Centre, St Laurence College (82 Stephens Road, South Brisbane, QLD, 4132) STARTING TIME: Session 1: 1pm - 4pm Session 2: 6pm - 10pm CATEGORIES: SCHOOL OF CHAMPIONS (Fulltime High School Students) JUNIOR CHAMPIONS (5 years to 12 years) TEEN CHAMPIONS (13 years to 18 years) OPEN CHAMPIONS (open age) REGISTRATION FEES: School of Champions - $10 per participant Junior Champions - $30 per participant Teen Champions - $35 per participant Open Champions - $40 per participant For more information please email: [email protected]
