‘A Voice Joining with the Community to Make a Difference’. EBCC’s vision is to foster meaningful relationships between individuals, families, and groups.

East Brisbane Community Centre (EBCC) has been providing services to the areas of East Brisbane, Buranda, Norman Park, Greenslopes, Woolloongabba, Coorparoo, and Kangaroo Point since 1977. The Centre was established as an inclusive space and active voice for the community, to contribute to the relief of social isolation and welfare concerns. Our Centre provides Family Day Care, Thrift Shop and its

core Community Support Service. Located at the front of the centre, the EBCC Thrift Shop offers a variety of goods that are kept at very affordable prices. Sales are used to support ongoing programs at the community centre. OPENING HOURS: Community Centre:

What a lovely morning at Coffee Club yesterday! ☕️

We had a wonderful group join us at EBCC to walk to Pawpaw Cafe together and enjoy a coffee and a treat. It was so lovely to chat with some new faces, share stories and see new friendships beginning to form 🤍

A big thank you to everyone who came along and made the morning so special. We can’t wait to do it again!

Yesterday we delivered some happy packages to a couple of our EBCC neighbours 📚💐

Our Book Club package was delivered to Izzy, a 9-year-old reader who loves cats and animal adventures. We carefully selected a collection of books just for her and hope she enjoys discovering some new favourites! 📖🐱

We also dropped off some flowers to our wonderful neighbour Sandra to brighten her day. 💛

Last Saturday, EBCC enjoyed a magical Soy Wax Candle with Crystals Workshop ✨🕯️💎

A huge thank you to Amy from ClassBento, who shared the unique meanings behind each crystal as we created our own beautiful candles. We loved decorating our candles with crystals, botanicals and sparkles to make each one truly unique 🌿✨

Yesterday our EBCC Social Club ventured to the beautiful Balmoral Cinemas for a movie morning followed by a lovely lunch at Oxford 152 🍿☔️🍽️

Despite the rain, it was the perfect day to enjoy a cosy movie and delicious lunch with the wonderful members of our social club! We also loved welcoming our new coordinator Julie on her first adventure with us 🌟
