🌿 We’re hiring: First Nations Identified Case Managers – BEROS
Community Living Association Inc is looking for 2 x First Nations Identified Case Managers to join the BEROS team.
Locations: Brisbane/Moreton Bay and Sunshine Coast/Gympie
Employment: Full-time, 38 hours per week, 12-month contract
Classification: SCHADS Level 4 or 5, depending on qualifications and experience
BEROS supports young people aged 12 to 18 who are in the care of Child Safety and are staying away from approved placements, sleeping rough, or staying somewhere unsafe or unstable.
This role is about building trust, listening well, supporting safety and connection, and walking alongside young people as they work towards their own goals.
We would love to hear from Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander applicants who bring cultural knowledge, strong relationship skills, and experience working with young people, families and communities.
