You’d be forgiven for thinking any of these were AI… 😜

But there’s something no algorithm could ever recreate - the beauty of the taiao and the relationship Māori have with it.

It’s humbling to think that generations before us, our tūpuna may have bathed in these same waters, foraged across these same lands, and looked upon these same mountains 🏔️

What a privilege it is to watch our tamariki experience those same places today.

Our tamariki are incredibly fortunate. They have the opportunity to play sport all year round - different teams, different jerseys, different codes.

We also recognise that this isn’t the reality for every community. In small towns like Moerewa, opportunities and resources can look very different.

To some, it’s just a tee or a pair of shorts. To others, those simple gifts represent the reminder that people care & you matter. Moments like these reach far beyond the boundaries of a tournament 💯
