You may have heard of self-love from a therapist, family member, or have seen the inspirational posts on social media, however, you may see the whole process as a bit cringe….

In a world focused on outcomes and the ‘end result’, for processes that are long or where the outcome does not match the effort (e.g., getting a single mark for 7 years of schooling), the end can often feel deflating🫣

GRLKND is a non-profit organization connecting young women to mental health resources. With the purpose of advancing self- belief and kindness in high-school leaving and college-aged women, our self-development curriculum, App, Podcast and online support community is backed by a board of female experts and psychologists.
The GRLKND App (free, launching March 31st) supports a daily check-in experience, access to curriculum and a 'help hub' for instant access to mental health resources and crisis lines.
Our beneficiaries are, (but not limited to), youth, female-identifying 15-25 year olds. GRLKND is made up of Experts, Ambassadors and Partners. We are made for women, by women.
