A free desk for a social enterprise start-up!

White Box Enterprises is offering one early-stage social enterprise a free desk at Witton Barracks for 12 months.

If you’re building something with social, community or environmental impact and need a place to work from, this could be for you.

You'll get:
• Dedicated desk space
• Wi-Fi and shared amenities
• Access during agreed office hours
• Workspace alongside the White Box Enterprises team
• Connection to the wider Witton Barracks community

This is primarily a workspace opportunity, not a formal mentoring or incubation program. But being in the room with others doing similar work can make all the difference.

See here for more information: https://loom.ly/wyUED5E

To apply, send us a short introduction to your idea or social enterprise, the impact you hope to create, and how the desk would support your growth.

Come work with us at Witton Barracks.

We’re hiring two Community Coordinators, one based at Witton Barracks and one supporting a new Logan Hub.

At Witton, we’re building a place where community, work and social enterprise come together and these roles are central to making that happen.

We’re looking for a proactive, organised and tech-savvy Community Coordinator to support the day-to-day operation of the Barracks, helping keep the site running smoothly and making it feel welcoming, active and easy to use.

We’re also recruiting for a Community Coordinator to support a new Logan Hub, a multi-purpose community destination connecting people, services, employers, training providers and social enterprise activity.

If you enjoy variety, take initiative and care about creating spaces where people come together, we’d love to hear from you.

Both roles are live on Seek:

A pleasure to spend time with Elizabeth Watson-Brown - Greens MP for Ryan!
Our project manager Gosia Terry and White Box CEO Luke Terry dropped into her office to share what’s happening at Witton Barracks, and to talk through how we can support more social enterprises across the Ryan electorate and beyond.
We look forward to welcoming her to the barracks soon.
