who are we?
The EMPOWER GROUP is a local approach by the community of Brisbane to encourage families to become mentally healthy for the benefit of the whole community
Established by members of the community, our service aims to make all people in the community, especially those who experience mental health difficulties, their families and those who support are supported.
This includes minimising harm, promoting protective factors and having positive cultures that are conducive to mental health well-being. It also recognises that a mentally healthy community is good for everyone.
