Last night's parade night was packed with activities and provided cadets with the opportunity to develop a range of skills in a fun and engaging environment.
A big thank you to MAJ (AAC) Rex Wigney for bringing along the optical shooters, allowing cadets to take part in a safe, simulated shooting activity. Cadets tested their marksmanship and competed against one another in a series of target-practice challenges.
Cadets also enjoyed pizza for dinner before taking part in a night observation lane, where they put their observation and attention-to-detail skills to the test in low-light conditions.
It was a great night for cadets to enjoy after a long weekend out in the field.
(Disclaimer: The optical shooters used during this activity do not fire projectiles or lasers. Cadets were supervised at all times by qualified personnel while participating in the activity.)
