BRAVO to our Wonargo 🎭 cast members from Albany Creek 👏💐 on their first week of shows.

Joeys & Cubs loved seeing our Albany Creek stars from Scouts, Venturers, Rovers and leaders Echidna and Redback on stage today at Wonargo. We had an exclusive backstage tour before the show, and got to congratulate our Albany Creek cast members after the show.

If you haven't caught the show yet, it's running Wed to Sat next week also.

🎉 THANK YOU & BRAVO! 👏

A huge shout-out to Remax Northern Realty, Wes McGregor and Andrew Taylor from Virtual Inspections for generously donating their skills and time to create a fantastic 360° Virtual Tour of our Den! 🙌

These amazing virtual tour videos will save us countless volunteer hours by allowing prospective hirers to explore our facility virtually and see if it’s the right fit for their needs. What a fabulous example of community members using their expertise to support a voluntary organisation! ❤️

Every dollar raised through hiring out our Den goes straight back into delivering incredible youth programs and improving our facilities for the young people in our community. 💙

Thank you, Wes and Andrew, for helping us showcase our incredible facility and spread the word. We are so fortunate to have community-minded people willing to get behind what we do!

BRAVO and THANK YOU! 🌟

👏 A BIG THANKYOU to City of Moreton Bay** 👏

The Albany Creek Scout Group would like to say a huge thank you to the City of Moreton Bays, Councillors Councillor Cath Tonks and Matt Constance for providing our group with these fantastic new branded marquees! ⛺️💙

Our marquees are one of the most well used resources we own. They’re out almost every weekend, providing much needed undercover space for our youth members, families and volunteers at the many events and activities we host throughout the year.

As our Scout Group continues to grow, it’s incredibly important that we keep investing in equipment and resources that support our youth program and help us provide the best possible experiences for our youth.

These new marquees will mean more of our young people can sit undercover, stay protected from the weather, and enjoy being part of our activities and events.⚜️👏

🌟 Congratulations Tara ! 🌟

On Thursday evening, Tara was presented with her Australian Scout Award – the pinnacle achievement in the Scout Section!

In her time in the Scout level Tara has gained new skills and overcome challenges, she has mentored younger Scouts, and stepped up as a leader.

We wish her well as she moves on into the Venturer level.
