Wow Wellers knows how to Disco!
Thank you to all the families who came along to our Around the World Disco.
A big shout out to everyone who helped plan, prep and run the event- we couldn't do it without you.

The P&C are excited to host the Around The World Disco tomorrow night.

📢Here's a few tips and reminders for the night.

Guidelines
🪩Parents are responsible for the supervision of their children at all times, students will need to be collected from the hall when their disco session finishes.
🪩This Event is for Wellers Hill State School Primary Students Only
🪩Students are encouraged to stay in the disco during their session, no students are to be on the oval, playground or around the school grounds at anytime
🪩Please no eating or drinking in the hall
🪩Prep-Grade 2: 5pm to 6:30pm
🪩Grades 3-6: 6:45pm to 8pm (please arrive earlier to eat before you enter the disco)
🪩Wristbands will be required by students to enter the Disco
🪩Pre-purchased wristbands will be sent home via the classroom teachers. Please ensure these are worn for the evening.
🪩If you do not have prebooked entry, $2 entry wristbands can be purchased at the merchandise/snacks table on the night
🪩If you have ordered a Disco Deal, items will be available for collection from 4.50pm on the right-hand side table at the sausage sizzle area. You will need to collect your sausage, popper and glow sticks all at the same time. No Disco Deals can be purchased on the night

🌭Sausage on Bread $3 (limited numbers available to purchase)
🍫Chocolates- 2 x fun sized for $1, Full size chocolate bars - $2, assorted varieties available.
🍭Fairy Floss - $4/bag
🥤Soft drinks - Coke, Coke Zero and Lemonade- $3 each
🧃Potluck Poppers - Assorted Flavours - $2 each
💦Water - $2 each
💃Limited Glow Sticks Available to purchase - 3 for $1
✨Glitter & Face Painting products – Glitter Tattoo -$4, Face Painting - $4, Face Gems - $3 (small) $4 (large)
🍷The bar will be opened after 6pm – James’ Squire Fifty Lashes - $6 a can, Alcoholic Ginger Beer - $6 a can, Prosecco, Rose, Pinot Grigio, Shiraz - $6 a glass (please note there is a designated bar area). The bar will be payment via card only.
🥂Please BYO cup for the bar area
💰Cash and Card Accepted at the Sausage Sizzle, face painting and snack tables.

Reminder - Prepaid Disco Entry and Deals close on flexischools at 9am this Wednesday 10th June.

We are still requiring a number of volunteers to assist on the evening, if you can spare an hour, please sign up at volunteersignup.org/PTE47

For those who have asked about donating glow sticks for the event. Please feel free to drop them off at the Tuckshop by Wednesday. Thin bracelet glowsticks ( 20cm) preferred, no button batteries please.
