Get ready to paint and create at our special HFQ Ladies Christmas glass painting workshop! 🥂🎨 Enjoy a relaxing and creative morning where you’ll get to choose your glass style and create something beautiful to take home. Choose between:

🥤 2 x iced coffee glasses

At the end of the workshop, you’ll take home your beautifully painted glasses, along with some precious memories of a relaxing and enjoyable experience with other HFQ ladies.

This Bleeding Disorders Awareness Month, show your support and help make a difference with two very special limited edition Bloody Legend T-shirts!
Charles Eddy and Shannon Gracey are the driving force behind Bleeding Love and the Bloody Legend campaign. Their son Lachie has haemophilia A, and after a very difficult start involving a life-threatening stomach bleed, Charles and Shannon made the decision to turn their experiences into something positive, helping raise awareness and support for others living with and affected by bleeding disorders.
All proceeds from the Bloody Legend range go to organisations supporting the bleeding disorders community. Bleeding Love Project

🏕️ The HFQ Community Camp is on THIS WEEKEND! 🎉

We can’t wait to see everyone at BIG4 Gold Coast Holiday Park for a fun-filled weekend of connection, laughter, and making memories together! ❤️

A few reminders for Friday:
🏡 Check-in from 2pm. Head to your accommodation, get settled in, and enjoy a little time to relax.

🍽️ Welcome Dinner: Join us at 5pm at the Activity Centre for dinner where we’ll hand out your welcome packs and officially welcome everyone to the weekend ahead!

🩸 Have you got the facts when it comes to bleeding disorders? Bleeding disorders are usually genetic, hereditary and lifelong. They can affect both males and females, and occur when a blood clotting factor is missing – or the clotting factor or platelets don’t work properly.

🌏 459,606 people worldwide have been diagnosed with a bleeding disorder – including 8,400 Australians – but many more are thought to be undiagnosed.

💜 With current treatments, bleeding disorders can be managed effectively. However, some bleeding episodes can be life-threatening without treatment.
