What if we reimagined the Gabba differently?
Right now, decisions about its future are being made with zero community consultation. That's not good enough for a space this important.
We're being asked to accept a vision where the iconic Gabba pitch is handed over to developers, carved up, and sold off. Once it's gone, it's gone.
But there's another path.
Imagine a grand public park centred on the historic Gabba pitch — open, green, and accessible. A place for people, not just profit. In one of the fastest-growing parts of Australia, this isn't a luxury, it's essential infrastructure.
We can do better than this. And the community deserves a real say in what comes next.
