Centenary Community Hub 'The Hub' facility provides different spaces for functions, events and meetings for community groups, hobby and interest groups, service providers & business.

The Hub is our local community centre. It is located at the entrance to Mt Ommaney Shopping centre next to the library, opposite the bus terminal and Mt Ommaney Fire Station

The Hub has a wide variety of activities on offer including Music at the Hub a relaxed and very affordable evening usually held the third Saturday of every second month.

It is home to a wide variety of services and activities including Hapkido Martial Arts, KEF-IC (Kinetic Fighting – Integrated Combat), Jissen Budo (JBI) Centenary Women's Group, Modern Quilt Guild, Stitched up Australia Cross Stitch Club, Weight Watchers, First Aid training, Yoga, Qld Health Baby and Child Clinics, Centenary Bubs Playgroup and a multi-generational playgroup, Art classes and many other small business, community, hobby groups. Other activities include Camera Club, sewing, embroidery, Art, Stamp club, cultural activities, free self defence courses and Lego school holiday workshops. There really is something for everyone

Yes, it’s really happening.
After 15 years serving the community, the Centenary Community Hub is closing on September 30 2026.
The new Centenary Community Centre will be opening in October at Riverhills and be part of the Councils Community Halls program.

On behalf of Centenary Community Connections (CCC) we thank everyone for their support and enthusiasm delivering services, health, music, sporting, art, hobbies, playgroups, and cultural activities and the many groups that hold their meetings, functions, seminars and events.

CCC will continue to manage the Hub as usual until 30 September.
