MCF AMAL Home Progress Update

Alhamdulillah, we’re excited to share that the concreting is complete and the frames are now up for the new MCF Amal Home! Each step is bringing us closer to opening a safe, dignified space for families in crisis, in shaa Allah.

Once complete, the Amal House will provide:

- Two self-contained living spaces

- A case support office

- A food pantry and essentials distribution hub

At the Bhartiya Samaj event on 3rd August, MCF proudly received the Community Organisation Award – a recognition of our ongoing work serving and supporting those in need.

Adding to the celebrations, our very Farouk Adam was awarded the Multicultural Community Champion Award for their dedication to building harmony and making a difference across our diverse community.

Alhamdulillah, these awards belong to every volunteer, supporter, and donor who makes our work possible. ❤️

For almost 10 years, this little house gave women and families a safe place to turn to. It wasn’t fancy—but it was full of love, safety, and support.

Now it’s gone. The land is cleared, and we're ready to build something even better—with your help! in shaa Allah!

The new MCF Amal House will offer more shelter, a support office, food pantry, and space to serve those in need—right here in our community.

We’ve come so far, but we still need $180,000 to finish it.

Thank you to for hosting a beautiful Palestinian Cultural Day over the weekend.

It was an amazing day filled with culture, connection, and community spirit. We’re so grateful to have been part of it and to have had a stall to share MCF’s work.

As the blessed month of Ramadan comes to a close, we at the Muslim Charitable Foundation (MCF) extend our warmest wishes to you and your loved ones. Eid Mubarak!

A Gentle Reminder to Pay Your Zakat al-Fitr (Fitrah)

As we prepare for Eid, we kindly remind you to fulfill the obligation of Zakat al-Fitr (Fitrah). This act of charity purifies our fasts and enables those less fortunate to partake in the joy of Eid. The recommend amount is $20 per person, and it must be given before the Eid prayer.
