David Williams is the CMS Director of Training and Development at St Andrew’s Hall in Melbourne. Originally a medical doctor, David worked in the UK before being ordained in the Church of England and serving at a local church.

He and his wife, Rachel, then served in Kenya as Crosslinks missionaries for nine years, focussing on theological and urban mission training before moving to Australia.

Elle has finished her first term of service in Kyoto, Japan and is currently in Australia for six months on Home Assignment.

Over the last three years, Elle has been dedicated to language learning and understanding culture and has started to work with KGK university ministry.

David Fowler and his wife Anna work with AFES (Australian Fellowship of Evangelical Students), proclaiming Christ at the University of the Sunshine Coast. David is passionate about helping university students come to know Jesus and grow as his disciples. Together, David and Anna are committed to seeing the gospel proclaimed clearly and faithfully among young adults. In his spare time, David enjoys running and cycling, with the occasional attempt at swimming while preparing for a triathlon.

David will be teaching from the book of Kings at Summer School 2027.

During Gillian Law’s most recent home assignment, we took the chance to catch up with her and ask her some questions about serving in Rome, student ministry, how other people could get involved, just to name a few.

Gillian has been serving in Rome for over a decade with GBU, training up student leaders, so they can share their faith.

She’s back in Rome now, gearing up for another year. Please pray for her as she settles into her routine, and pray for those she works with, that they would have opportunities to share their faith.
