💫QBRC July Conference 2026💫

This weekend, the Queensland Branch Rover Council got together for our July conference.

The conference saw our Executive members, Region Representatives and Project Officers get together for a weekend of discussing, planning and fellowship!

Some highlights:
🏎 approved a paper to make Rover Scout Motorsport events more accessible for Rovers outside of SEQ
🛶approved a paper to support more Rovers to undertake Adventurous Activities training
⚙ approved the QLD Rovers Strategic Plan
🌼Zoe (our Diversity and Inclusion Officer) ran a workshop, and we brainstormed ways in which we can make Rovers and Scouting more accessible
🪢 presented an update to the Region and District Commissioners, and the Chief's Council on all of the exciting things happening in Rovers
