Well, before each TEDxQUT event, our talented speakers and MCs arrive bright and early to prepare for the event day. The morning usually looks something like this:

🦺 Reminder about the event day logsitics, psychological safety and physical safety, addressing any last minute concerns or questions
❤️ Providing space and time for self-affirmations and peer support
🗣️Vocal warm ups and tongue twisters
😄Settling into the fun and energetic mood by having a giggle and a laugh by playing some drama games
💪A group huddle to wish each other luck
