Mansfield QLD parkrun

Mansfield QLD parkrun Mansfield parkrun is a free, timed, 5km run / walk put on by the community for the community at 7am every Saturday morning in Mansfield, Queensland.

parkrun is not a race against other runners, but a 5km timed run, jog or walk. It can really be whatever you want it to be, whether that's for fun or as part of a training plan. Mansfield QLD parkrun offers an opportunity for all members of our local community, male or female, young or old, to come together on a regular basis to enjoy our beautiful park location and get physically active in the pr

ocess. We want to encourage people to walk, jog or run together irrespective of their ability – this event is truly open to all and best of all it really is FREE! Taking part is easy – just register in advance by 6pm on the Friday before your first ever parkrun event. The great thing is that you only ever need to do this once! Then just set your alarm for Saturday morning and get yourself there!

The vollie vest have been washed and the skies are shining. Who is ready of Mansfield parkrun tomorrow morning??? I may not be perfect skies, but it will be great running weather.

Don't forget we have the TEES Pacer Run tomorrow.

One quick request, we only have two volunteer roles filled for the following week, 20 June and limited roles filled for the weeks after.

A trip around the Mansfield course is always a nice way to start the day, but so is having a nice warm beverage and helping everybody at the event. Please check out our roster and feel free to put your name down tomorrow, or have a chat to me, the RD, I will always be happy to put your name down.

For Queensland Day today, we had 182 participants (of whom 7 were first timers to Mansfield) and 14 volunteers 🙌
Thank you to everyone for making it such a fabulous morning at Tillack Park. Congratulations to the milestone achievers (see images below), and well done to the 28 people who got PBs today 👏🏻
We look forward to seeing you, same time same place, next Saturday for TEES Takeover Day. If you’re chasing a PB, next week is your chance as we’ll have plenty of pacers out on the course.
