Some spaces feel special the moment you walk in, and Well Life’s new office and community space in Toowoomba is one of them.

It was wonderful to celebrate with Elspeth, Travis, CEO Michelle and the Well Life Services team at the official opening of this incredible new space.

We are so grateful for Well Life’s continued partnership over many years and their heart for strengthening individuals, families and the wider community.

Congratulations, Well Life, on this exciting new chapter.

There is something beautiful about watching scattered pieces slowly become whole.

One of the women at our New Life Women’s Centre recently completed this beautiful puzzle, seeing it through right to the end.

It was such a simple but powerful picture of perseverance.

Recovery can be like that too.

It is the brave work of rebuilding, one step at a time, until hope begins to come back into focus and a woman starts to see who she was created to be. ā¤ļø

Thank you to Mick and the team at Sparc Electrical & Air for generously donating their time to install new bedroom fans at New Hope House.

With summer coming, these fans will make a real difference for the young men staying at New Hope House.. A safe, comfortable place to sleep and a good night’s rest can help someone feel settled, supported and ready to take their next steps forward.

We’re so grateful for local businesses who practically support young people experiencing homelessness.

Thanks, Mick and team, for helping make New Hope House feel a little more like home. šŸ’™

Today we honour Grahame, who has faithfully served on the board of Teen Challenge QLD for 16 years.

His service has been far more than a board role. It has been a faithful investment into the men, women and families whose lives have been impacted through Teen Challenge QLD.

Grahame, thank you for your wisdom, leadership and genuine heart for seeing lives restored.

Words could never fully express how grateful we are for you. Thank you for 16 years of faithful service.

There is something powerful about women choosing to stand beside other women. ā¤ļø

Each Wednesday, women give their time to visit the New Life Women’s Centre, offering encouragement, conversation and the wisdom that comes from experience.

Val is one of the regular visitors, and her ongoing support is deeply appreciated. For some of the women, having someone a little further along in life come alongside them, listen, encourage and simply spend time with them can be incredibly significant.

If giving some time to encourage and support people at one of the New Life Centres sounds like something you would love to do, send a DM to find out more.

Stop the scroll. 🐶

Sometimes all you need is love… and recently, it came in the form of a little puppy love!

A parent of one of the women at the New Life Women’s Centre brought in a litter of puppies for cuddles, and they were an instant hit.

Plenty of smiles, plenty of cuddles and a few very reluctant goodbyes.

Sometimes a little puppy therapy is exactly what the day needs. 🐾

Kane, one of the caseworkers at the New Life Men’s Centre, headed down to Queens Park with a few of the men over the weekend to check out the famous Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers.

The New Life Centre is based in Toowoomba, one of Queensland’s beautiful regional cities, surrounded by a strong community and a pretty spectacular part of the state to call home.

At this time of year, it’s looking especially good!

Not a bad way to spend a Saturday. šŸ‘Œ

There is life beyond addiction.

Recently, Angela came back to visit our New Life Women’s Centre, this time with her two boys by her side.

If you were in the room at our Hope Gala this year, you may remember hearing her incredible story!

It was so special to have Angela and her boys spend the morning at the women's centre, sharing laughter and time with our current residents.

Recovery reaches far beyond one person. It can change the trajectory of one woman’s life and create a very different future for the next generation.

We feel incredibly honoured to have been part of Angela’s story, and even more grateful to see the beautiful life she is building today. ā¤ļø

A finish line can mark the end of a race, but not the end of the impact.

As we wrap up our Bridge to Brisbane 2026 interviews, we want to say a huge thank you.

To every person who ran or walked, donated, volunteered, sponsored, fundraised, cheered us on or helped spread the word, thank you.

Every step taken and every act of support has helped make the work of Teen Challenge QLD possible, supporting men and women as they rebuild their lives and take steps toward freedom from addiction.

We are incredibly grateful for everyone who stood with us in 2026.

See you at Bridge to Brisbane 2027!
