Dear QSSI Community,

Please find attached a compilation video of our first Father's Day Pickleball event! What a fantastic day it was, celebrating with our whole community.

A huge thank you to everyone who came out and made it such a memorable day - your presence and energy are what made this event so special.

Well done to all our winners and participants - especially the kids who gave their dads a run for their money! 😄

Enjoy the rest of your week!

Good evening everyone,

What an incredible turnout for our first Father's Day Pickleball event! Thank you all so much for coming out and making it such a special day for our community.

As many of you know, it's been just six weeks since I took over as President of Queensland Soni Samaj, and I couldn't be prouder that this was our first event together as a community under this new committee - and what a way to kick things off!

A few thank you's are in order. A special thank you to Dipak bhai for the spring rolls, donuts, and soft drinks - much appreciated! And thank you to Dhiru bhai for providing the Bhuja snacks. Thank you to Ashwin Ratilal for contributing some wonderful gifts for our raffle. We also had an anonymous donation for the trophies -thank you so much for your generosity.

Well done to all our winners and participants! And of course, congratulations to all our players - especially the kids who gave their dads a run for their money out there! Hope everyone had as much fun as we did watching.

We've also put together a few special video messages for the dads out there - attached to this message, so take a look! More photos and videos from the day will be added to our social media soon, so keep an eye out!

Thank you again for being part of this, and Happy Father's Day to all the dads out there!

Please come at 1:30pm so we can explain the format and rules before we get started.

A few quick notes:

We'll explain the rules on the day, but if you haven't played before, feel free to watch this video beforehand to familiarise yourself: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rD1O3R9B0Sw
