I am so proud of what Bolting Ahead has accomplished.
Our Backyard Bolters go to work, have fun with their mates, do an exceptional job and are part-time employees under the Gardening and Landscaping Award.
This week more young people will have the opportunity to start the process to gain part-time employment like the Backyard Bolters as they join the OutRun Series.
Just like any great team none of these achievements would have been possible without the amazing work of a dedicated and passionate support team, the Bolting Ahead board. The members of the board are volunteers who advocate fiercely for our young people. They have a deep understanding of the obstacles faced by people living with a disability to find and hold a job. They are people who want to make a difference and leave a mark.
I love all the good and hope Bolting Ahead brings to this world. Being here since it's inception and watching it grow has been incredible. Thank you to our Bolting Ahead board, community, employees, sponsors and friends for helping us create something truly exceptional.

Our friends at Holt Bolt have a team of volunteers aiming to mow 100 lawns in 12 hours! $80 per mow with all money raised going to support the Backyard Bolters crew.
