This time last week!
Our second LETS TALK combined session with our men, woman and our teams

We tackled the Topic VALUED ENOUGH TO REST facilitated by our brother
Sharing perspective on what true Rest is, breaking the pre conceived ideas of what society thinks REST IS.

Sharing REST from a Holistic view point. TRUE REST being a state where our body, mind, and spirit are no longer in survival mode.

It was another powerful and thought-provoking session with our community filled with Breakthrough and victory.

About Lastnight.
Our First Session for 2026 kicking off with our LETS TALK combined session with our Men and Woman.

Our Topic lastnight was our theme for the year VALUED, tackling the beauty of knowing our VALUE of who we are and what we stand for in this world, finding RARITY in who we are being that there is no other us but us and when we know and understand our VALUE no one can dismiss or undervalue who we are.

Another powerful and liberating night filled with open, raw, and real conversations with our community.
