This time last week!
Our second LETS TALK combined session with our men, woman and our teams

We tackled the Topic VALUED ENOUGH TO REST facilitated by our brother
Sharing perspective on what true Rest is, breaking the pre conceived ideas of what society thinks REST IS.

Sharing REST from a Holistic view point. TRUE REST being a state where our body, mind, and spirit are no longer in survival mode.

It was another powerful and thought-provoking session with our community filled with Breakthrough and victory.

"You cannot pour from a body that is always empty, and you can not heal in a life that never pauses." -

Join us at the end of the month for our usual MENS TALK.
