This event is all about the emotional and wellbeing challenges we face in a time of global environmental change 🌏. Following a group discussion, we will spend some time walking around the reserve 🌳. Morning tea will be provided.

Maroomba bigi, g’day ICCB delegates from near and far! The SCB Southeast Queensland Chapter has kindly put together a student & young professionals guide to Brisbane for the conference. In it you’ll find tips on places to eat, things to do, and a some Aussie slang! Follow the chapter for updates on Instagram and Facebook and be sure to stop by their booth in the Exhibition Hall to find out about the events they have planned for the rest of the year & info on how to get involved if you’re from the southeast Queensland region.

📖 Professor Possingham is renowned for his work in conservation biology. He has served as the Chief Scientist for the Nature Conservancy and the state of Queensland in the Department of Environment and Science, and is currently a mathematics and conservation science professor at UQ with numerous engagements across biodiversity organisations.
