Community Support Services:
Our Neighbourhood Marketplace offers low-cost to no-cost foods, groceries and essential household items, to assist members of the Brisbane Community and surrounding areas. Opening Hours:
Tues, Thurs & Sat - 10AM to 1PM
Wed & Fri - 10AM to 3PM

2. Disability Support Services:
As a Registered NDIS Provider, we offer support serv

ices ranging from Support Coordination, Community Nursing, Assistance with Daily Living, Community Access and Participation, Yard Maintenance and Cleaning and Accommodation Services (SILs, STA and MTA) to NDIS Participants.

3. Advocacy & Advisory Services:
Our Advocacy & Advisory Services identifies impacting gaps, assisting people navigate social barriers. Weโ€™re here to provide you the relevant information, assistance and advocacy where needed to ensure you are connected to essential services.

4. Communuty Outreach & Engagements

As this year comes to a close, we want to say a heartfelt thank you to everyone who made Open Hands Community Care what it is.
To every volunteer who gave their time, every supporter who donated to Open Hands and our Mission, every shopper who chose to support the Neighbourhood Marketplace, and every family who trusted us enough to collect a free Christmas hamper, Thank you!

This year was about more than food or gifts. It was about community and showing up for one another. Your support helped ensure that no family felt forgotten this Christmas, and that Hope was shared in practical, meaningful ways!

We are deeply grateful for each person who played a part, whether behind the scenes or on the day. Your kindness continues to make a real difference, and we look forward to serving our community together in the year ahead.

Today we extend our deepest gratitude to the for blessing Open Hands Community Care with their generous Christmas Grant.

We are truly thankful for the continued support, the warm welcome at the Christmas Grant Presentation, and the incredible donation of toys that will brighten the lives of families across Brisbaneโ€™s South-East this Christmas.

Your kindness helps us serve our community with dignity, joy, and compassion. Because of partners like you, more children will wake up to hope this Christmas season.
