March Trendos for Endo March is Endometriosis Awareness month. 2023 I am raising awareness, needed funds and the fun level.

March is finally over. Endometriosis Awareness month is over for 2023. Thank you to all who watched, liked, commented, shared and donated.

IT WAS TOUGH. March Trendos for Endo was almost like a part time job on top of my full time teaching, full time caring for my health and finding time for fitness/exercise.

Thanks Mitch Tabke for looking after me while I spent hours filming, doing and editing. There were some definite late nights throughout March.

I hope you have enjoyed watching all of my videos and have learnt some information about Endometriosis along the way.

Will March Trendos for Endo be back in 2024? Who knows at this stage.... but you know me, I am willing to give it a try 😄
