๐ŸŒฟ Thank You, Do-Op Shop! ๐ŸŒฟ

A huge thank you to Do-Op Shop for their generous $2,850 grant, which enabled B4C to deliver a series of eight community environmental education workshops and events between November 2024 and May 2026.

Thanks to this support, 188 people took part in presentations, guided walks, wildlife encounters and hands-on activities, learning more about our local environment and practical ways they can help protect it.

Together, we explored a wide range of topics, including:
๐ŸŒฑ Creating wildlife-friendly urban spaces
๐ŸฆŽ Community Open Days with Geckoes Wildlife
๐Ÿจ Planting nutrient-rich food trees for koalas
๐Ÿฐ Easter Bilby education and guided walks
๐ŸŸ Protecting freshwater ecosystems and Australia's rare native fish
๐ŸŒธ Discovering local native orchids
๐Ÿฆ Quoll conservation with the Quoll Society of Australia

Do-Op Shop is an op shop with a difference. As a non-religious charity, it directs funds back into local community projects, supporting organisations like B4C to deliver meaningful environmental and community outcomes. ๐Ÿ’š๐ŸŒฟ
