Black Lives Matter AUSTRALIA Acknowledges the First Peoples of the Country we live and work upon, and all Traditional Owners. We acknowledge that no adequate treaty process has ever been conducted or concluded, and that Sovereignty of this land has never been ceded. We acknowledge the Frontier wars, massacres and destructive policies which have followed and continue to affect First peoples to this

day. I pay my respects to Elders past and present, and to the torch bearers and leaders of the future. May we all be active in the pursuit of “truth-telling” and resolving unfinished business.
