No matter what you’re going through right now, trust me when I say it does get better. There will be hard days, days that feel exhausting and unfair, but there will also be moments that remind you why you kept going.

Everything is about perspective. My life may not look the way I once imagined it would, but it has shaped me into the person I am today. I honestly wouldn’t be half the person I am without my mum by my side through it all.

Even after the hardest moments, there is still so much beauty ahead❤️

Such a small percentage, until you become part of it.

Around 2–5% of spinal cord injuries each year occur in children under 16, and unfortunately, I’m one of them. Although my injury changed my life forever, it also gave me a different perspective on resilience, gratitude and purpose.

THATS MY WHY❤️‍🩹

Receiving the Bonner Electorate Award for Community Service was incredibly special and something I never expected.

What started from one of the hardest moments of my life has grown into something that is now helping others through The Sharing Shed, while also raising awareness and educating people about spinal cord injuries and the realities of living with one every day.

Thank you to everyone who has supported this mission, donated equipment, volunteered, shared our posts, or trusted us to help them. This recognition is for all of you too 🤍

Community, awareness, and kindness truly have the power to change lives.
