We came in our Tarog Ati outfit in the parade for the SpringFest 2026 at Robelle Domain Parklands to give everybody a sneak peek of the attires which we will be wearing for our cultural show on 31 October! It certainly stood out. Some people did not think we represented the Philippines. Such a great way to introduce the other beautiful indigenous outfits of our people!

These are the happy smiles of the parents of St Peters Lutheran College at Indooroopilly after they shared their Filipino culture to their children’s classmates. Hiraya performed and taught 2 of our most-loved dances - Itik Itik and Tinikling to the primary school kids. They were all so eager to have a try at the bamboo hopping.

Thank you to Angelo and Nikki for inviting Hiraya Performing Artists Brisbane to spread the love for Filipino cultural dance to the young ones.
