💫Thank you for joining us at the 2026 YEAQ Executive Breakfast! 💫

What a morning. Under this year’s theme, Engineering Tomorrow, emerging engineers and senior industry leaders came together to explore how emerging technologies and industry shifts are reimagining the engineering profession — with honest conversation, big-picture thinking and genuine connection over breakfast.

We would like to give a special thank you to our keynote speaker Katherine Richard, Chief Engineer of Engineers Australia, for her inspiring insights. We also extend our gratitude to our incredible panel — Allyson Woodford, David Stilianos, William Huynh, Kym Baker for sharing experience from across diverse sectors and offering practical takeaways for young engineers navigating a fast-changing industry.

We would also like to recognise everyone who worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make this event possible. Big shout out to Jerome and the entire Engineers Australia team that made this event possible and Event Lead Daniel Duskovic, and his subcommittee Brodie Windle, Winnie Ma and Ryan Phillips from the YEAQ committee!

And to everyone who came along: thank you for showing up early, asking great questions, and reminding us why events like this matter. The future of engineering is in good hands.

Thank you again to our speakers, attendees, sponsors and organisers. This morning would not have been the success it was without all of you. We look forward to continuing the conversation and hope to see you at the next YEAQ event!
