Friends of the Health Promoters Australia Health Promoters is a non-profit organisation providing preventative information and training in the fields of health and hygiene for African townships.

Thousands of people, especially children, are dying every year as a result of limited knowledge about hygiene and illness prevention. The Health Promoters endeavour to reinstate the basic human right of health education and awareness to the people of Southern Africa to avoid preventable diseases and death.
