We have a new Tv screen in our bar but now we are looking to show case the " who's who" or " big moments of the Wimmeras past" through pictures and videos for our patrons to enjoy.

If anyone has any old video clips or pictures of the Wimmera of yesteryears or even a business that's reached a milestone this year I would love for followers of this page to send them through so that we can showcase this on our new screens in the bar.

Whether it be old footy photos of teams of yesteryears or clubs or community organisations of the past or present we would love to display these for travelers to get a true feeling and understanding of the people that make up the Wimmera.

I would also love to get my hands on some old photos of the commercial hotel Brim if anyone happens to have any digital copy's of these.

Feeling tired on a long drive! Well we are here to help. I'm pleased to announce The Brim Hotel is the newest Driver Reviver site in the wimmera.

Like all driver reviver sites we will offer free tea and coffee for all travelers and we will run this service during our normal opening hours of 12 pm to 9 pm Thursday to Sunday. Pets are also more than welcome to sit outside in our outdoor seating area for this service.

We will also have other goodies and bites on offer to as part of this service this will be advised shortly.

I had an absolute pleasure in playing for the Warracknabeal Hockey club this evening in Dimboola.

What a great club and great to see a good turn out of participants for the start of the 2026 Hockey Season in the Wimmera.

Community sport at its best.

Can't wait to see what the rest of the season brings.

ANZAC DAY 2026 Breakfast from 7 AM till 9 AM

The menu has been finalised.

Bookings are required by 5 pm on Wednesday the 22nd of April so that we make sure the event is adequately catered.

With just over two weeks till ANZAC day 2026 we are pleased to announce that for anyone coming up to Brim on the day The Brim Hotel will be putting on a Free ANZAC day breakfast with serving to commence from 7 am and will conclude in time for the 9 am service on the day.
