Hello Fellow Bushcarers

Cancelled due to Storms and pooled water in the wetlands.

We will do more damage walking through sodden ground than it is worth.
So unfortunately we are having to cancel Sunday 16th November Bushcare.

The next scheduled date is the 21st December 2025

Cheers and Stay Safe

Hello Fellow Bushcarers

Our next bushcare meeting will be on Sunday 19 October 8.30am – 10.30am.

If you can arrive a bit beforehand to allow for sign-on and a quick overview of the day that would be great.
Please wear closed in shoes and bring a hat and water. Any children must be supervised at all times by their parents.

Last bushcare: We worked in the section that has had persistent Singapore Daisy and are pleased to say the team has finally cleared it.

Next bushcare: We will focus on some mile a minute and other vines in a nice shady patch in amongst the trees.

Afterwards we will be having morning tea and you are more than welcome to join us.
If you would like to bring something along to share with others that would be great.

As part of the process we will monitor the health of the local fauna and flora and all observations of pests or weeds will be passed to BCC for action.
We hope to see you on Sunday
