Did you know ACC still maintains trails outside of Mystic?

A big thanks to the legends who joined us for Sunday's working bee, helping tidy up sections of Huggins DH and 24 Sycamore. The trails are looking better thanks to your efforts!

While ACC no longer builds or maintains trails within Mystic Park, we're still out there looking after a number of local trails beyond the plantation.

Want to help keep the good times rolling? We'd love to see a few new faces at our working bees. No experience needed, just bring your enthusiasm and we'll show you the ropes.

Working bees are held on the last Sunday of each month, with the next one on Sunday 28 June.

🐝CLUB WORKING BEE🐝

The final ACC working bee for autumn is scheduled for THIS SUNDAY from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

📍 Please meet at the ACC Clubrooms on Coronation Ave.

🌂 As the forecast looks a bit damp, please dress accordingly and bring a rain jacket, gloves, and sturdy shoes.

⚒ Depending on attendance, we plan to work in the Huggins area (Huggins DH, etc.) and potentially Bakers Gully. If the weather is poor, we will move to an indoor project at the clubrooms, making storage containers for snakebite kits to be installed around Mystic.

😊 Many hands make light work. Snacks and good vibes will be on offer!

VIC ENDURO STATE CHAMPS // WOW! What a weekend!

This weekend, we played host to the 2026 Victorian Gravity Enduro State Championships - and the final round of the Victorian Gravity Enduro Tour.

Despite some wet weather on Sunday, the event was a massive success and we were stoked to see so many riders out enjoying the trails.

We were also very proud, for the first time in our club's history and for the first time in Bright, to be able to host an Adaptive Class for adaptive MTB riders. We are very grateful to the riders who turned out to support this, and we hope to do more of it in the future.

Some stats by the numbers:

- 175 riders
- 85 volunteers
- 2 adaptive riders
- 90+ medals awarded
- 25km+ of riding
- 950m climbing
- 3x (or 4x for some riders) climbing up Up & At Em
- 3x up Stairway to Shreddin
- 5 stage sponsors (Bright Brewery, Cyclepath Bright, RideCraft MTB, Bright Valley, Trailmax Australia)
- 2 major sponsors (Alpine Shire, Human Habitats)
- Endless fun

🚵MORE VOLUNTEERS NEEDED🚵

The Alpine Cycling Club Bright Gravity Enduro and AusCycling Vic State Enduro Champs is on at Mystic Park Bright this weekend. We are expecting a huge turnout of riders and a high level of racing and in order to provide a safe and enjoyable race for our riders, we need your support - volunteers play a vital role in the Gravity Enduro and we can't do it without you!

If you have a couple of hours to spare this Sunday we would love to have your help. No previous experience is required. We will make sure you know what to do, provide you with tasty snacks and hot beverages. Please follow the link to lend a hand.

VIC ENDURO STATE CHAMPS // Victorian adaptive riders, this one is for you!

Join Chris Midgley AKA for a tear down Marcus’s Mayhem at in his RX ahead of next weekend’s race.

This is Stage 1 of the race and also Stage 1 for our Adaptive Rider Class.

Next weekend’s Victorian Gravity Enduro Stage Championships, presented by .cc and will feature a 3-stage Adaptive Rider class, including:

S1: Marcus’s Mayhem
S2: Shred Kelly
S3: Lower Flowmingo

GUIDED WOMEN'S RIDE // Our last Guided Ride for Women/Girls planning to ride the upcoming ACC AusCycling Victorian Gravity Enduro State Championships is on THIS SATURDAY (MAY 9)!

Come & check out the trails with qualified female instructors and learn the best lines & local secrets before the race (May 16/17)

Blue stages: 10am-12pm
Black stages: 1pm-3pm

Sessions are FREE and include a FREE Gravity Uplift Shuttle to maximise descending time.
