Her Voice Rising launch! 💜

Congratulations to Mel and Tess, past participants in our Inspiring Future Leaders program, who have launched Her Voice Rising, a domestic violence support group for women in the Bridgewater, Gagebrook, and Herdsmans Cove communities.

We are incredibly proud to support the sisters to bring this much needed program to life through seed funding and coaching support.

If you would like to learn more about Her Voice Rising, contact the team at [email protected] or call 0420934732.

The Clarence and Derwent Valley Inspiring Future Leaders crews have been out exploring Hobart on their field trips! 📍

During their visit, they connected with Youth Arts & Recreation Centre, Mathers House and Hobart Clothing Hub to learn more about the services offering support in the CBD.

The experience gave them insight into how these organisations make a difference and sparked inspiration for their own community projects!

Our Clarence and Derwent Valley Inspiring Future Leaders participants have been out and about on their local field trips 🤩

The Derwent Valley group visited the UTAS Centre for Rural Health, Derwent Valley Community Garden, Kids and Teens in the Valley, Derwent Valley Community House, The ArtHouse New Norfolk, and Your Community Food Hub.
Meanwhile, our Clarence participants dropped in at Clarendon Vale Neighbourhood Centre, City of Clarence Council, Clarence Plains Child and Family Learning Centre, and One Community Together.

Throughout the day, participants...
- Learned more about the important roles these organisations play locally
- Connected with community leaders and shared their own ideas
- Felt inspired and energised to continue shaping their projects

A huge thank you to everyone who welcomed us and shared their stories!
