We all have something that reminds us of a time, a person, an event, a trip. It might be a piece of clothing, or a book, or a piece of crockery, or a photo. Come along to our next meeting and bring that something. We’ll be there at the CWA Rooms on Wallace Street at 1pm this Friday 12th June. You’ll have a chance to share those precious memories as well as find out what else we do.

Well- I had hoped to do regular updates on the Fab Five at State Conference- but they were so busy I couldn't keep up. From voting on 53 Conference motions including urgent action on long-term infrastructure solutions for major roads connecting western areas of the state, opposition to compulsory land acquisition for all linear infrastructure and calls for the strengthening of Australia’s fuel security. The Conference also included guest speakers and all the State competitions for handicraft, cooking, art, photography, poetry, agricultural & environment & international for country of study, South Korea this year. Here's some pictures of Leone and her fabulous well-deserved medal, the end of Conference beach scene and our President with Leone
If you want to know more about what happened come to the meeting on Friday 15th May at 1pm at our Rooms on Wallace Street.

We also caught up with Tanya Jolly, our State President who has very fond memories of our 100 year celebrations in Braidwood and Joy Beames our Past President were both there. More to come .....
