Jerabat Springs Animal Refuge

We rescue all animals including natives. We are dedicated to raising orphaned, injured and abandoned animals with the aim to treat ,raise, release and home.

All funds go to feed, medical supplies and to build and restore animal enclosures and aviaries.

Beautiful tawny found in grounds of St Bede's school today. Thanks to staff he was put in a quiet place during the day. Tonight after health check , he was released outside the school grounds and found his way up into the trees very happy to be home. Thanks for your help. Keep smiling Pixie

Thanks to initial rescuers Fiona and family for noticing a baby possum in a dead mums pouch and getting in contact with me .Bub has been passed on to a licensed carer now and fingers crossed makes it through. Thanks to everyone who stops and checks pouches. These tiny lives matter. Keep smiling Pixie

So Atlas has now been desexed

Ok so these young cats are all desexed and ready to go next weeks. If you can give any a permanent home would be wonderful. 3 girls are still a bit shy, the taby boy is getting there , needs a bit of time with one on one. Early rise for a big drive down the coast to get 5 young cats desexed. So they will be ready for new permanent placements soon.
Picked up a joey on the way , sadly needed euthanasing , poor thing left to die with painful injuries next to its dead mum. Beautiful thing its so sad.
Thanks to all those that sponsor us so we can continue to desex and home animals.

These beautiful bubbas will be ready for adoption in a couple of weeks . The smaller taby and blk are young , approx 4mths and id love for them to go together. Still shy but will come out of their shells in time. Larger taby is happy to come to you on his terms and doesn't really like a pat at this stage. Charlie the purry one, he is so so affectionate as he was hand raised and would make such an amazing addition to a family , id love to keep him but really cant 🫣 , the blk and white boy is super beautiful, not sure how old but guessing 2 or 3 years. So excited to say that Atlas has finally got a wonderful home.

HOME FOUND
This is Atlas. He is in need of a new home ASAP. Vaccinated, microchipped ,3 years old, not desexed yet.He is such a sweet boy , easy to walk, loves cuddles. Pls let us know if you can give him a home or share from our page to help.
