Members of Southern Highlands Squadron had a wonderful and educational experience during their visit to the Fleet Air Arm Museum at HMAS Albatross in Nowra today.
The Cadets got an up-close look at some incredible naval aviation history, from the massive Sea Venoms and Trackers to the sleek Kalkara aerial targets. Whether we were looking down from the mezzanine or standing right under the nose of these historic birds, the scale of it all was breathtaking!
A massive shout out to the staff who took the time to walk us through the museum sharing their knowledge and personal experiences with us. The stories and expertise really Brough the history of the Fleet Air Arm alive for our members!
