Dear Community Members,
Time flies, and now it’s time for BGNC Dashain 2026! 🎉
We are now opening Expressions of Interest (EOI) for performances.
Please read the following guidelines carefully before applying:

🎭 Performance Details
• Only 9 performances total will be selected (singing & dancing, including kids’ performances)
• Dance performances must be group performances for both kids & adults.
• Maximum performance length: 4 minutes
• Singing performances are also welcome within the time limit

👧🧒 Kids & Group Coordination
• As we are only accepting group performances, parents may need to connect with other parents to form groups or collaborate
• Parents are encouraged to discuss and organise rehearsal venues and practice arrangements together
• When submitting interest, please include:
• Child’s name and age so we can group children by similar age for better coordination

👗 Costumes & Preparation
• No costumes or cultural dress will be provided – participants must arrange their own
• No professional makeup artist will be provided
(However, if any makeup artist from the community would like to volunteer or promote their services, they are welcome)
• Parents are responsible for children’s makeup – please try to prepare at home

👥 Adult Performers
• Adult performers must also provide:
• Full names of participants
• Number of people performing in the group

⏰ Rehearsals & Coordination
• Must be on time for performance day
• No official practice space will be provided
• Participants are encouraged to coordinate with each other for choreography and group practice

🎟️ Tickets
• Performers (kids & adults) do not need to purchase tickets
• If your child is performing but you are not attending as a performer, please purchase a ticket in advance (limited seats available – we can also reserve upon request)

📌 Important Notes
• As we have limited performance slots and high interest, the organizing team will make the final selection of performances
• Please send your Expression of Interest (EOI) as soon as possible
• EOI submissions will close on 22 June 2026
• Late submissions may not be considered
