GNMP Interviews are here!

Interviews for our 2027 Graduate Nurse and Midwifery Programs commence from Monday 27 July, and we can’t wait to meet you.

📍 Eastern Health Institute
5 Arnold Street, Box Hill
(Directly opposite Box Hill Hospital)

⏰ Arrive 15 minutes early to allow time to find us, check in and settle before your interview.
As interviews are held in group format, they’ll commence promptly at the scheduled time, so please plan ahead.

🚗 Parking around Box Hill can be challenging, so allow extra travel time if arriving by car.

Interview invitations have been sent! 📩

At Eastern Health, we value the opportunity to meet our applicants in person. Our interviews are a chance for us to get to know you, while giving you the opportunity to learn more about us.

If you’ve been invited to interview, please check your email and book a suitable interview time using the link in your email.

If you can’t find a suitable interview time, don’t worry as we’ll open additional appointments as needed. If you reschedule to another time, please email our admin team at [email protected] so we can cancel your original booking and make it available for another applicant.

A few things to remember:
* If you’ve applied to multiple Eastern Health pathways, you’ll only need to attend one interview. Our team works together to consider your application across all pathways you’re applying to.
* Interviews are conducted in a group format so must be attended in person and run on time.
* Interview dates are limited so we can complete our recruitment process within the PMCV Match timeline. If you’re currently on placement, we encourage you to speak with your placement supervisor about attending your interview. Most health services understand the graduate recruitment process and will support you to attend.

Please keep an eye on your inbox, as we may be in touch if we need any additional information.

We’re carefully reviewing every application and will send interview invitations towards the end of the month.

Your tasks:
✔️ Complete your PMCV video interview by 5:00pm, Thursday 9 July.
✔️ Ensure your referees submit references to PMCV by 5:00pm, Sunday 12 July.

Applications for the 2027 PMCV Graduate Nursing & Midwifery Match close at 5:00pm this Wednesday, 1st July.

Make sure you’ve completed both steps of the application process:

✅ Apply to the PMCV Match and submit your preferences
✅ Apply directly to each health service you’re preferencing

Take a few minutes to check all required documents have been uploaded and your application is complete.

Remember, you can update your application at any time before applications close. For step-by-step instructions, see the Candidate Application Guide linked in our job ad.

Don’t leave it until the last minute! Make sure you give yourself plenty of time to submit before the deadline and avoid any last minute tech issues.
