A big thank you to The Athlete's Foot Australia for joining us at parkrun this morning!

It’s always fantastic to have the support of local businesses and to have access to such valuable advice, especially when it comes to finding the right shoes and looking after our feet. We really appreciate you being part of our community and sharing your knowledge with us!

Thank you for your support! 💙

Congratulations to our award recipients, Dani and Angela today!🎉

Huge congratulations to Sean on reaching his 200! This is a special one so we wanted to share a bit of his story.

Sean started at Bowral parkrun on 1 April 2017 where he made over 100 appearances and his PB for that course was 22:58. He has inspired his son and daughter to join as well. You will all know Sophie & Alex.
They are all keen parkrun tourists and Sean has visited 11 other parkrun locations.
He recently completed his 25th volunteer milestone too 🎉

Sean does all this with an auto-immune disorder called FSGS which he has had for over 10 years. In the last 9 months Sean continues his parkrunning while undergoing dialysis treatment. Sean says that physically doing parkrun gives him a sense of freedom outside of dialysis.

Pretty inspiring stuff, don’t you think?

Special thanks to all today’s vollies for being out in this 🥶
