Another Beautification work completed on behalf of the Bowning Progress Association.
Special thanks to Simon White and his amazing talent.
The Cricket Club wall mural represents events that have taken part on the Oval.
The water tank mural is the Male and Female Sun Moth which is presumed to be in the area.
The numbers on the runners represent the Postcode, the year Mural done and the most important number the year the Bowning Recreational Oval was Gazetted.
Go check it out, down at the Bowning Recreation Oval and the two water tanks on the left coming into Bowning.

Last week the BDPA met with NSW Planning Minister Paul Scully MP to discuss the many renewable energy developments proposed or approved in our community - including the Bendenine Wind Project. Bob Nanva & Michael Pilbrow were part of the delegation overlooking the project area from a hilltop just outside Bowning village.

We were joined by community reps from Binalong Progress Association, Binalong Bowning Community Action Group, our local Ngunnawal community as well as folks from Bookham & Yass.

There are big changes and challenges facing our community - we face them together to advocate for our community and for our future generations. Thanks for listening Minister!

This is important - get there if you can and have your say!

We had a great morning on Sunday for our community clean up and working bee - Thanks to our volunteers for rolling up your sleeves and chipping in to keep our village to great shape 🏡

Thanks to our community grant, funded by the NSW Government, so far we have installed:
