Black Box Intensive now open for registrations!
Due to the overwhelming demand for our last Black Box course, we heard you loud and clear — and we're so excited to announce we're running an INTENSIVE version!
Black Box Parenting Intensive will run 4 sessions over two weeks. This FREE online program for residents of the Blue Mountains and Lithgow region explores how your own experiences and childhood shape the way you parent — and how you interpret your children's behaviours. No judgement, no right or wrong — just reflection and connection. 💛

Books are a beautiful way we can all be part of that journey. There are so many wonderful authors and illustrators whose stories spark meaningful conversations about culture, respect, belonging and community.

Reading together helps children and families explore different perspectives, celebrate First Nations cultures and build stronger connections with one another — because when we're all in, we grow together.

Register your interest here for the Black Box Parenting Program,

This program is developed specifically for the challenges after trauma. The program is a great, non–blaming way to get parents thinking about how they interact with their children and how to manage some of the challenges of parenting and can be especially beneficial for parenting after experiencing family violence.

The focus of the group is about understanding how past experiences might affect how you get along as a family today. Participants will learn about their relational patterns and develop skills in emotion coaching and limit setting.
