A huge congratulations to Sigrid for competing in the North Queensland Games and coming home with a medal!

Sigrid smashed an incredible 30kg bench press and showed exactly what determination, consistency and confidence can achieve 💙

A shoutout as well to support worker Kerrin, who supports Sigrid at her weightlifting sessions and was there cheering her on every step of the way 🫶

🚐 Do you need help to get to medical appointments? 🚐

Many people in our Bowen/Collinsville community face real barriers when it comes to transport. There is currently a medical transport service operating between Proserpine and Mackay, and a new service is being explored from ⭐Collinsville/Bowen to Proserpine⭐, connecting into the existing route.

We’re inviting community members to complete a short survey to help show where support is needed and how improved transport could make a real difference.
