In case you missed last weekend’s results, it was a big round for the Saints. The 1XI chased down 153 to win easily, the 2XI secured a strong 6 wicket victory over Hawthorn, and the 3XI held their nerve in a high-scoring clash to win by 5 wickets against Ashwood. The 4XI went down to Richmond Union, while the 5XI fell heartbreakingly short by just 1 wicket in a thriller against Burnley. Plenty of tight finishes, big chases and strong performances as Week 1 finals commences this week. Best of luck to our 1s, 2s, 3s and 4s ❤️✊🏾

Rewatch the moment Jacques Wessels and Veronica Mason etched their names into club history 🏏

Back-to-back brilliance for Jacques, claiming the Men’s Drownlow two years running. What a seriously elite achievement.

And what a moment for Veronica, crowned the inaugural Women’s Drownlow Medallist. A special piece of history for her and for the club.

What a superb night celebrating the people who drive our standards on and off the field.

Big weekend ahead for the club 🏏

The 1XI and 2XI roll into day two looking to finish the job and build some serious momentum as we edge closer to the pointy end of the season. All to play for.

The 3XI have a must-win clash against Ashwood to keep their finals hopes alive, the 4XI are pushing hard for third spot and take on Richmond Union in what shapes as a massive challenge.

And our Father-Son team plays their final game of the season against Burnley Cricket Club.

🏅 2025/26 Hunt Kelly Drownlow Medal Favourites 🏅

Charles Amini leads the way, with Jacques Wessels and Tim Johnston hot on his heels, but with one week still to play, there are plenty of runs to be scored and wickets to fall. A few big performances could shake this board up very quickly

Reminder that this is just a rough guide based on performances so far (excluding T20), and with some players still able to add to their tallies, the Drownlow count on Saturday night is shaping up to be a tight one.

Make sure you’re there for the count. It’s going to be a huge evening celebrating all of our high achievers from the 2025/26 season 🖤💛
