This is a fantastic opportunity to come along, meet new friends, try fun activities, and experience what Scouts is all about — with plans to relaunch the full Scout program in the near future.

This is a tragic loss to a youth lead adult adult supported campsite well known through out Australia Mafeking rover park.

We are a looking forward to seeing our youngest generation of Scouts at boroina be able to play, explore & have harmless fun in a bush setting in the years to come,

We will rebuild.

Mafeking Rover Park has shaped generations of Scouts. After the recent fires, it now has a big road ahead and the Scouting community is ready to step up.

For those who are able, you can now support Mafeking as it begins recovery and rebuilding.

Sad to hear our Scout hall was damaged by tresspasser yesterday / late evening,

Our familes and volunteers are enjoying there summer hoildays and the last thing we want to do is clean up items used for drug use out of our trailer.

In other news term one program will be released soon to family and the community.

Boronia Scouts was pleased to welcome veteran Peter to our Joey meeting where he talked about his time serving in the Royal Australian Air Force, where he served our country for 13 years.

He was deployed to Malaya at a young age, leaving behind his family for near 3 years and talked to our Joey's about protecting self, his serving mates, on behalf of Australia. Active service is intense, but in the breaks, Peter used his spare time to study.

The Joey's learnt about the Red Poppies representing people that did not make it home from service. Peter met his late wife in Malaya and later returned to Australia, starting his own family, of which our Joey scout Myles is his Great Grandson.

Thank you for visiting us Peter and sharing your experience with us.

To hightlight a great achievement from scouts queensland.

Touchdown ! Congratulations - Mission Accomplished !! From Hospital bed to literally conqering the world - 15yo Venturer Byron Waller from our Air Activities Team QLD
has become the youngest pilot to fly around the globe assisted in his single engine Sling aircraft. BRAVO.
