- Maintaining watch on Council policy, activities and issues.
- Focusing community awareness and interest in municipal affairs.
- Promoting advancements, improvements and development of community facilities or services.
- Making representatio

ns to Council from time to time as to all matters, including policy, procedures and performance.
- Co-operating with other similar associations, groups or bodies in respect of local government matters.
